Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Interior Designer (Finishing) to join our dynamic team at Reliance Industries Limited in Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing and executing all finishing works for high-end residential projects and townships, ensuring exceptional quality in line with our premium standards of excellence in finishing work.

Qualifications And Skills

• Strong expertise in finishing works with demonstrated experience in selecting and applying high-quality materials, finishes, and detailing practices for residential projects and townships. (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD to develop accurate designs, layouts, and technical drawings for seamless implementation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of interior design principles, concepts, and processes in high-end residential projects, townships, hospitality, or commercial projects.
• Experience in material selection, sourcing, and evaluation for quality, sustainability, and design compatibility.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with design teams, clients, and contractors, ensuring collaborative project execution.
• Strong project coordination skills to manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables from initial concept to final handover.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with multi-disciplinary teams and project stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking and keen attention to detail with a commitment to delivering superior quality in interior finishing work.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Oversee all interior finishing works for residential projects and townships, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and established project timelines.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design teams to translate project requirements into detailed finishing solutions for residential and township developments.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards in finishing work, resolving any on-site finishing concerns.
• Engage in material selection processes, liaising with suppliers to secure the best materials that match design intent and budget for residential and township projects.
• Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings and related design documentation for finishing components and spaces.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of finishing-related work.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior designers and site teams for best-in-class finishing application in residential and township projects.
• Maintain up-to-date records of project status, change orders, and final inspections for handover documentation.
