Interior Designer – Office & 3D Design

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Interior Designer with strong experience in office design and space planning. The ideal candidate will be skilled in layout creation, space fit studies, and innovative 3D office design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop office layouts and space planning solutions
• Create 3D visualizations and design presentations
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver innovative design concepts
• Ensure designs meet client requirements and project standards
• Create innovative and high-quality designs for commercial offices, residential villas, and private projects that meet client specifications.
• Develop detailed shop drawings, specifications, and cost quotations.
• Oversee and coordinate site works as well as office tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and vendors for timely delivery of materials and services.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide professional guidance.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare and present design proposals, including mood boards and 3D renderings.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design technologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior design
• Proficient in office design and 3D modeling software
• Arabic speakers preferred
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Submission of portfolio is mandatory; applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Strong site experience and ability to supervise project execution.
• Skilled in preparing quotations and BOQs.
• UAE driving license is required.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Salary: AED 9,000 – AED 13,000
