Position Overview:

The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior spaces that align with Fincera’s premium design standards. The role requires creativity, technical expertise, and strong client engagement skills to deliver functional and aesthetically pleasing interiors, primarily for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and full interior projects. The designer will collaborate closely with clients, sales consultants, and production teams to translate design concepts into reality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Development & Concept Creation

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts in line with client requirements and brand identity.
• Create mood boards, conceptual layouts, and design proposals using SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3D Max, and D5 Render.
• Prepare detailed space planning, elevations, and material selections for kitchens, wardrobes, and interior spaces.
• Ensure design practicality, cost-effectiveness, and feasibility for production and installation.

2. Client Consultation & Presentation

• Conduct design consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and functional requirements.
• Prepare professional presentations including 2D/3D visuals, material samples, and concept boards.
• Present and explain designs clearly to clients, incorporating feedback while maintaining design integrity.
• Build trust and confidence through proactive communication and professional behavior.

3. Technical Coordination

• Prepare detailed working drawings and coordinate with draftsmen for accuracy.
• Verify site measurements and ensure alignment between designs and on-site conditions.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and installation teams for flawless execution.
• Review shop drawings and ensure all technical details are clear before production release.

4. Project Management & Execution

• Oversee on-site installations to ensure designs are implemented as approved.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve design-related challenges.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure projects are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.

5. Client Relations & After-Sales

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Address client feedback, design modifications, and post-installation concerns promptly.
• Support the sales and marketing team in securing repeat or referral projects through client satisfaction.

6. Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Production departments for effective project flow.
• Participate in team discussions on project progress, design trends, and improvement initiatives.
• Prepare weekly progress and client feedback reports for management review.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong design sense with expertise in space planning and color harmony.
• Excellent verbal and visual presentation skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, D5 Render, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, fittings, and modular furniture systems.
• Ability to multitask, manage client expectations, and meet deadlines.
• Strong coordination, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior design, or turnkey projects.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing residential and modular design work.
