Senior Interior Designer

Job Summary:

The Senior Interior Designer is responsible for leading creative design projects from concept to completion. This role involves client interaction, space planning, and design development with a strong focus on functionality, aesthetics, and innovation. The designer will ensure all projects align with Fincera’s design philosophy and quality standards while guiding junior designers and coordinating closely with project and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
• Meet clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project objectives.
• Create 2D/3D visualizations, material boards, and design presentations.
• Select suitable materials, finishes, furnishings, and lighting to complement the design.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, and vendors to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
• Conduct site visits for measurements, supervision, and final inspection.
• Ensure all designs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Mentor junior designers and review their work for quality and accuracy.
• Stay updated on global design trends, materials, and innovative solutions.
• Maintain client satisfaction through effective communication and design excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputed university (e.g., NCA, BNU, LUMS, LSE, UET, or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of experience in residential or commercial interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or related design software.
• Strong creative vision with technical detailing skills.
• Excellent communication and client presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in premium or luxury interior projects.
• Strong sense of color, texture, and spatial balance.
