Interior Fit-out Draughtsman

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Interior Fit-Out Draughtsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience, in UAE, working on interior design fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate technical drawings for interior fit-out projects, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
• Produce drawings that comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, specifications, and drawings.
• Ensure timely submission of drawings and revisions based on project schedules and client needs.
• Assist in preparing design presentations and proposals as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers to integrate design changes and ensure that final output matches project goals.
• Conduct site surveys as required to gather data for drawings or to verify project progress.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a draftsman in fit-out, interior design, or construction projects.
• Deep understanding of interior fit out principles, materials, and construction techniques.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques used in fit-out projects.
• Ability to produce high-quality, accurate technical drawings with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of 3D rendering software is a plus (e.g., SketchUp, 3DS Max, or similar).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting and design software.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles and construction techniques
