About the Role

As our Fit Out Manager, you’ll oversee and deliver world-class interior fit-out projects to the highest standards of quality and detail. You’ll coordinate design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless execution that reflects the sophistication and excellence our brand represents.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all aspects of interior fit-out projects from design through handover.
• Plan, schedule, and control project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Liaise with architects, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure flawless integration and finish.
• Review technical drawings and ensure site execution aligns with design intent.
• Oversee procurement, materials approval, and logistics coordination.
• Lead on-site teams, ensuring health, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
• Provide regular progress reports and resolve any on-site issues proactively.
• Uphold the brand’s commitment to excellence and attention to detail in every project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience managing luxury villa fit-out projects in Dubai.
• Proven track record with high-end residential VILLA interiors.
• Strong understanding of finishes, materials, and bespoke detailing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines.
• Keen eye for aesthetics and craftsmanship.
• Civil Engineering certificate is a must.
