Interior Project Manager

Position: Project Manager-Interiors

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil finishes and interior works for high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Overall project monitoring to ensure adherence to:

o Quality standards

o Project timelines (Scheduling)

o Budgeted costs

· Coordination with:

o Consultants (Architects, Structural, MEP, etc.)

o Contractors and vendors

· Regular reporting and communication with the client regarding project progress

· Proactive issue resolution and on-site supervision

· Ensure compliance with design intent and technical specifications

Required Experience & Skills:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in project management of high-end residential interiors and civil finishes

· Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing

· Proficiency in Microsoft Project (essential)

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Salary range: 6lpa to 12lpa

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
