Interior Site Supervisor

An interior site supervisor manages the day-to-day activities of interior construction projects. They ensure that work is completed on time, to quality standards, and in compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee interior finishing work
• Manage site inventory and procurement of materials
• Report project progress and updates to senior management
• Set project goals
• Communicate with clients
• Prepare interim and final reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Ensure site safety measures are in place

Skills and qualifications Strong leadership skills, Good communication skills, Problem-solving skills, Understanding of client requirements, and Ability to interface between clients and internal departments. Education and experience

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is often preferred
• Experience in interior construction projects

Other duties

• Manage and instruct site workers
• Set schedules and monitor performance of site workers
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed
• Conduct regular site inspections and address potential hazards
• Educate construction workers on site safety practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
