JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
- Coordinate with the finance team for the receivables.
- Support in preparing sales reports, quotations, and presentations.
- Monitor customer orders, invoices, and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales-related documents.
- Assist in customer communication and query resolution when required.
- Support the team in data entry and CRM updates.
SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree
- Basic understanding of sales processes and operations.
