Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Sialkot (Head Office)

About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Sialkot. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or students currently in their 6th or 7th semester of BBA (HR specialization) who are eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes (sourcing, screening, interview coordination).
  • Support HR operations including employee records and documentation.
  • Help in organizing training & development activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily tasks.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • BBA (HR) Fresh Graduate OR Student of 6th / 7th Semester (HR specialization).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to learn with a proactive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Duration: 8–12 Weeks (with possibility of extension based on performance)
Stipend: As per company policy
