ADMIN AND HR ASISTANT

Job description:

Looking for ADMIN & HR ASISTANT for a trading industry located at SITE KARACHI.

the ideal candidate must possess proven experience of 1-5 years in following:

  • Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations.
  • Oversee facilities management, including office space planning and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Handle employee relations issues and address administrative concerns.
  • Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Implement surveillance measures for salespersons to monitor activities and ensure adherence to company policies and sales targets.
  • Manage staff regulations and facilitate agreement on policies to ensure compliance and cooperation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration .
