to support daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across our Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage
telecom, travel, and office support services

Oversee
cafeteria operations, stock management, and housekeeping standards
.

Coordinate
business cards, transport, and repair/maintenance requests
.

Prepare
invoices, reports, and office budgets
.

Ensure compliance with
company policies & SOPs
.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
-
2-3 years of admin/office management experience.

Strong
MS Office & SAP skills
.

Excellent organizational, communication & problem-solving abilities.
