Associate Administration Officer

Karachi, Pakistan

We are looking for a dynamic Officer Administration to support daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across our Head Office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage telecom, travel, and office support services .
  • Oversee cafeteria operations, stock management, and housekeeping standards .
  • Coordinate business cards, transport, and repair/maintenance requests .
  • Prepare invoices, reports, and office budgets .
  • Ensure compliance with company policies & SOPs .


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of admin/office management experience.
  • Strong MS Office & SAP skills .
  • Excellent organizational, communication & problem-solving abilities.
