Senior Program Officer

Karachi, Pakistan

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee efficient administration of the program office and out-station campuses, ensuring smooth operations across finance, inventory, LMS/admissions management, and academic record-keeping.
  • Lead inter- and intra-departmental coordination with IHHN, the Degree Awarding University, and internal units (operations, IT, supply chain, CRD, and marketing).
  • Provide senior-level administrative and academic support for program management, student affairs, quality assurance, and data reporting.
  • Guide the planning, organization, and execution of educational events, training, interviews, and meetings, including documentation and venue management.
  • Supervise the preparation and implementation of SOPs, policies, memos, and official correspondence.
  • Oversee knowledge management processes, including data collection, analysis, monitoring, reporting, and mentoring junior staff in administrative and technical tasks.

Job Requirements:

Qualification: BS-Medical Laboratory Technology

Experience: 02-03 years of experience in a relevant field and related role
