We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and core HR operations within a dynamic and fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job openings, screen candidates, and coordinate interview schedules
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Provide support in day-to-day HR and administrative tasks
- Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and workflows
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (knowledge of HR tools is an added advantage)
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and a strong team player
