HR Operations Specialist
Job Responsibilities & Objectives:

Responsible for daily operations of overseas HR services, ensuring efficient execution of global employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and international assignments.

Standardize and document overseas HR processes, continuously optimize related manuals to ensure consistency and compliance with local regulations across different countries/regions.

Act as a liaison between headquarters and overseas HR/business teams to coordinate and resolve employee inquiries and urgent issues.

Regularly follow up on service satisfaction and business needs related to overseas HR operations to improve Shared Service Center (SSC) performance.

Introduce automation tools (e.g., RPA) to simplify repetitive tasks and enhance the efficiency of SSC services.
Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Shared Service Center, with a background in supporting international HR operations or cross-border personnel processes.

Proven experience in SSC process optimization, with the ability to improve efficiency through standardization and digital tools.

Strong cross-functional communication skills, capable of coordinating among HQ, regional HR teams, and third-party service providers.

Proficient in English and able to use it as a working language.
