Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.

Investigate employee complaints and conduct fair, timely, and confidential inquiries.

Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies.

Manage and prepare employee contracts through the Qiwa platform, including new hires, renewals, and amendments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Monitor and ensure organizational compliance with Saudization (Tawteen) requirements, including tracking Nitaqat status and supporting initiatives to meet localization targets.

Support disciplinary processes, including warnings, terminations, and appeals, ensuring proper documentation.

Advise managers on employee relations matters, including performance issues and behavioral concerns.

Maintain accurate employee relations records and reports.

Coordinate with legal advisors on complex cases when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

1–3 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR, preferably within real estate or construction in Saudi Arabia.

Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa platform processes, and Saudization (Tawteen/Nitaqat) regulations.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
