Employee Relations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
  • Investigate employee complaints and conduct fair, timely, and confidential inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies.
  • Manage and prepare employee contracts through the Qiwa platform, including new hires, renewals, and amendments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor and ensure organizational compliance with Saudization (Tawteen) requirements, including tracking Nitaqat status and supporting initiatives to meet localization targets.
  • Support disciplinary processes, including warnings, terminations, and appeals, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Advise managers on employee relations matters, including performance issues and behavioral concerns.
  • Maintain accurate employee relations records and reports.
  • Coordinate with legal advisors on complex cases when required.



Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR, preferably within real estate or construction in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa platform processes, and Saudization (Tawteen/Nitaqat) regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
