Job Title: HR Operations Specialist
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Experience: 1–2 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to support HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes, accurate records, and effective coordination between HR and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate with payroll team (attendance, leaves, and basic payroll inputs)
  • Support recruitment coordination (interviews, scheduling, follow-ups)
  • Manage HR systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Assist in employee relations and respond to HR queries
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Support daily HR operations and internal coordination

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred:

  • Experience in outsourcing/manpower companies
  • Familiarity with the Saudi labor market
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Work Location: In person

Pay: ﷼3,500.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
