Intern - IT Support Ops

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Operations Intern to join our team and assist in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and operational assistance. This role offers hands-on experience in IT support processes, system monitoring, and end-user assistance, while helping ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system, printer, and peripheral device problems.
• Support the IT team in managing tickets, documentation, and tracking resolutions.
• Help with system updates, software installations, and configuration tasks.
• Monitor IT assets and assist in inventory management.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff while ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company data and IT systems.
• Participate in IT operational projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
