Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in demand planning and inventory management across warehouses.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and vendors to ensure timely dispatches and deliveries.
• Support in order processing, PO creation, and stock reconciliation.
• Track forward and RTO (Return to Origin) shipments, and assist in resolving logistics issues.
• Maintain and update Excel-based trackers for demand, dispatches, and inventory.
• Collaborate with the operations and warehouse teams to streamline daily workflows.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in e-commerce or D2C.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
