Position: Outreach Intern

Type: 3 months Internship
Reports To: Outreach Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Task Understanding: Grasp the requirements and tasks assigned by the team lead to ensure effective execution.
• Blog Identification: Research and identify quality blogs that meet specific metrics and criteria for outreach.
• Outreach Execution: Reach out to bloggers, negotiate terms, and finalize partnerships within budget constraints.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers and bloggers to foster ongoing collaboration.
• Community Growth: Engage and onboard new active bloggers to our platform, educating them on its features and benefits.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on SEO tools, digital marketing trends, and industry developments to enhance outreach strategies.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily and monthly outreach targets set by the team.
• Creative Input: Bring innovative ideas and suggestions to improve outreach processes and efficiency.
• Team Support: collaborate with colleagues as needed to achieve team goals.
• Reporting: Document and report daily activities and outreach results to the manager.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be from Tamil Nadu and with good English communication skills.
• Eligible candidates should be pursuing or have completed UG/PG programs in technology, marketing, finance, management, or related fields.
• Must possess a personal laptop.
• Should have good basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Completion of SEO-related courses will be considered an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in negotiation and relationship management.
• Interest: Genuine interest in digital marketing, SEO, and influencer outreach.
• Proactivity: Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms, blogging, and SEO tools is a plus.

After three months, a full-time job will be offered based on your performance.
