Intern Software Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven intern to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full lifecycle of a software sales and delivery process, from initial partner engagement to successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in technology, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn. A valid UAE driving license is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Sales & Business Development:

• Assist in identifying and recruiting new channel partners in the UAE.
• Support the channel sales team in managing relationships with existing partners.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive landscapes.
• Help prepare sales presentations and proposals for partners and end-customers.

Solutioning & Pre-Sales:

• Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to understand customer requirements.
• Support the creation of tailored software solutions and proposals.
• Participate in pre-sales meetings and demonstrations to showcase our solutions.
• Assist in responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information).

Project Delivery & Coordination:

• Work closely with the project delivery team to ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Help coordinate project tasks, resources, and timelines.
• Assist in communicating project updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the post-sales process, including documentation and partner training.

General:

• Maintain accurate records of all sales and project activities in our CRM system.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
• Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Valid UAE driving license is a must.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
• Eager to learn and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
• Basic understanding of the software and IT industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
