- Conduct regular internal audits across outlets, warehouses, and head office functions
- Review daily sales, cash handling procedures, and bank deposit processes
- Perform inventory audits including stock counts, variances, and wastage analysis
- Carry out surprise audits and spot checks at branches
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, financial policies, and regulatory requirements
- Identify discrepancies, leakages, control gaps, or potential fraud risks & review expense claims, vendor payments, and procurement activities
- Evaluate restaurant operations including food cost control, portioning, and wastage management
- Monitor asset usage, maintenance controls, and loss prevention measures
- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and actionable recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Required 2-4 years of relevant experience is preferred.
