About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Audit Executive to join our Internal Audit team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in retail outlet audits and factory audits, with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of internal controls, compliance, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits of retail outlets, warehouses, and factory operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform inventory audits, cash handling verification, and process audits to identify control weaknesses and operational risks.
• Review store-level transactions, sales reconciliations, and stock management practices to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, root causes, and actionable recommendations.
• Follow up on audit observations to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Assist the Manager Internal Audit in executing the annual audit plan and performing special assignments when required.

Qualification & Experience:

• CMA / ACCA (Part Qualified or Qualified).
• 2–3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in retail operations or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of auditing standards, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
