Internal Audit Telecom Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager

In this role, you will be a key contributor to internal audit engagements for our telecom clients. You will work directly on projects, assessing financial, operational, and compliance controls to help clients strengthen their business processes and reduce risk. Key Responsibilities

• Audit Execution: Participate in all phases of internal audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting. You will perform detailed testing, gather audit evidence, and document your findings.
• Process Analysis: Conduct walkthroughs and interviews with client personnel to understand business processes and identify key controls and potential risks.
• Testing and Documentation: Execute control testing for a wide range of areas, including financial processes, IT systems, and regulatory compliance. You will create clear and accurate work papers to support your conclusions.
• Findings and Reporting: Draft audit findings and recommendations, ensuring they are well-supported by evidence and effectively communicated to both the audit team and client management.
• Relationship Building: Work collaboratively with client teams to ensure a smooth audit process and maintain a professional relationship throughout the engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 4-7 years of professional experience in an audit or related role.
• Industry Knowledge: A foundational understanding of the telecommunications industry, including its business models and common operational processes.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
