Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Analysis

Lead and execute comprehensive revenue assurance audit engagements from initial planning to final report delivery.

Conduct detailed analysis of telecom business processes, including billing, provisioning, network usage, and service activation to identify potential control gaps and revenue leakage points.

Quantify the financial impact of identified revenue leakages and prepare well-supported audit findings.
Client & Stakeholder Management

Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client communications, building strong relationships with client teams in finance, IT, and operations.

Contribute to client presentations, clearly communicating complex audit findings and recommendations to senior-level stakeholders.

Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights on revenue assurance best practices and industry trends to both clients and internal teams.
Professional Development

Contribute to the development of new audit tools and methodologies to enhance the firm’s revenue assurance practice.

Mentor and guide junior consultants on audit methodologies, data analysis techniques, and effective client communication.
Required Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in a consulting, audit, or revenue assurance role within a telecom operator or professional services firm.

Domain Expertise: In-depth understanding of the telecommunications industry, including core business processes and revenue streams (e.g., voice, data, roaming).
