Human Capital HR Solutions (HC) is hiring on behalf of a well-established client in the frozen food industry for the position of Internal Auditor – Factory Operations. This is a critical role for a detail-oriented professional who can ensure financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strong compliance across a large-scale production facility.

The Opportunity
This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end factory operations, working closely with production, finance, and compliance teams to strengthen controls, improve processes, and ensure transparency across all operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial audits including procurement, production costing, and sales reconciliation
• Perform operational audits across the full production cycle (receiving to dispatch)
• Ensure SOP compliance and identify process gaps with corrective actions
• Monitor ERP data integrity, inventory reconciliation, and reporting accuracy
• Verify inventory, yields, utilities, and equipment calibration
• Prepare audit reports and support external audits and inspections

Requirements

• ICMA / ACCA / CA (Part-qualified or Qualified)
• 1–4 years of experience in audit or finance
• FMCG / food industry exposure preferred
• Strong ERP knowledge and advanced Excel skills
• Understanding of cost accounting and production processes
• Experience in poultry or food manufacturing will be an advantage
