1. JOB DETAILS

• Position Title: Team Lead Auditor – Retail
• Designation: Assistant Manager - Internal Auditor

• Reports to: Head of Internal Audit
• Location: DHA Phase 3, Lahore

2. JOB PURPOSE The Assistant Manager - Audit is responsible for executing audits across both retail and manufacturing operations of Unze Group (Imperial Footwear). This role supports the Head of Internal Audit in ensuring compliance with internal policies, verifying the accuracy of financial data, safeguarding company assets, and driving process improvements. The role also ensures that audit findings are documented and corrective actions are followed up in a timely manner.

3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Payment Release Audit: Review and verify Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and invoices before releasing payments.
• Budget Management: Manage and lock approved budgets in SAP B1 as per company procedures.
• Verification of BOM: Audit the Bill of Materials (BOM) in SAP during purchase orders for both manufacturing and retail units.
• Asset Management: Perform asset tagging and audits for fixed and current assets across all divisions.
• Refund Verification: Reconcile refunds by matching them against bank statements and verifying entries in SAP.
• Monthly Reporting: Prepare and present detailed monthly internal audit reports covering areas such as plant operations and financial data.
• Stock Audit: Perform routine and surprise stock audits for raw materials and finished goods at manufacturing plants.

4. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Education: CIA/ACCA/MBA/CA part qualified or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 02 – 03 years’ experience preferred.
• Industry Requirement: Proven experience in the retail fashion and apparel sector is a mandatory requirement for this role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP B1 and analytical thinking.
