If you think you are the ideal candidate for our “Internal Communication and Event Expert” position, in our Communications and Brand Experience Group, knowing that you will be supporting internal communication projects, employer branding and internal organizations.

If you think you have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields (preferably Communication, Sociology, Business Administration, Advertising, etc.)
• 5+ years of internal communication experience prefably expertise in strategic comms, leadership communication.
• Creative and solution-oriented mindset
• Agency and 3rd party management experience is a must
• Excellent command of verbal & written Turkish and English
• Self motivated, result oriented, multi-tasking
• Exceptional writing and editing capabilities
• Strong interdepartmental collaboration and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities:

• Assisting in and developing internal communication projects to create a unique, dynamic, flexible Orange Culture
• Creating offline & online internal communication materials
• Curate engaging experiences, such as town halls or employee appreciation events, that enhance corporate culture.
• Assisting and managing business lines to put across their agenda and increase team engagement
• Assisting budget management
