Job Overview


The International Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering strong client relationships on a global scale.

The ideal candidate would be responsible of strategically managing key accounts across various regions, ensuring the successful implementation of sales strategies and meeting revenue targets, negotiating contracts, resolving any issues that may arise, and providing exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, medical, marketing, regulatory affairs to identify market opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and address customer needs effectively.


International Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact for international clients, building trust and rapport to facilitate long-term partnerships. A keen understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements will be essential in guiding product positioning and market expansion strategies.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the achievement of sales targets in assigned regions.
  • Performance monitoring: Set up business plans with each distributor to expand market share.
  • Implement corrective actions if needed to ensure delivery of sales targets.
  • Give sales presentations to both high-level executives externally as well as management internally.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and strengthen relationships with distributors. Conduct training sessions with sales teams of the distributor to ensure product knowledge and latest updates are shared with health professionals in each market.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments like accounts, marketing, trade marketing, business development, regulatory and legal to ensure customer service and projects are implemented accordingly.
  • Sales Execution: Follow up sales cycles of each reference, stock levels, sell out reports, etc. to create forecasts and plans to expand in each market.
  • May be required to provide direction to junior professionals.


Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or relevant field
  • Must have a minimum of 7- 10 years’ experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
  • Experience in the aesthetic/medical device, dermatology, skin care, pharmaceutical, or health field required.
  • Must be experienced working with distributors in the B2B segment, delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Experienced in Budget management and good numerical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, project management skills, and organizational skills are required.
  • Must be Fluent in English, Arabic or other European language(s) is an added advantage.
  • Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • 30-50% travel would be required for this role.
