Position: Administrative Executive

Pinnacle Enterprises is seeking a highly professional, experienced, and detail-oriented Administrative Executive who can efficiently manage multiple administrative responsibilities.

About the Role

  • Manage administrative tasks, including calendars, scheduling, and meetings.
  • Handle reception duties and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and organize records, files, and official documents.
  • Provide basic accounting support and assist with financial record-keeping.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a medical or healthcare environment.
  • Experience working with international clients or businesses.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
