Position: Administrative Executive
Pinnacle Enterprises is seeking a highly professional, experienced, and detail-oriented Administrative Executive who can efficiently manage multiple administrative responsibilities.
About the Role
- Manage administrative tasks, including calendars, scheduling, and meetings.
- Handle reception duties and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and official documents.
- Provide basic accounting support and assist with financial record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Requirements
- Prior experience in a medical or healthcare environment.
- Experience working with international clients or businesses.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
