Key Responsibilities:

• Execute strategic outbound sales campaigns targeting B2B clients in North American markets
• Negotiate and secure global SaaS and technology contracts with international clients
• Exceed monthly sales targets with minimum 50+ weekly qualified contacts
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline management with 3:1 volume ratio
• Develop and implement customized strategic sales plans for international markets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention and growth

Requirements:

• 1+ years of international sales, BPO, or client acquisition experience
• Professional English fluency at C1/C2 level (verbal and written communication)
• Documented history of sales quota achievement and performance excellence
• Monday to Saturday night shift availability (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT)
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
• Proven negotiation, presentation, and client management skills
