• Execute strategic outbound sales campaigns targeting B2B clients in North America (US Market).

• Negotiate and close deals for global SaaS and technology service contracts.

• Achieve monthly sales targets with a minimum of 50+ weekly qualified engagements.

• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline management with a target 3:1 conversion ratio.

• Conduct market analysis to identify new client segments in international markets.

🎯 What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Requirements):

• 1+ year experience in international sales, BPO account management, or client acquisition.

• Professional English fluency (C1/C2 Level) is mandatory.

• Documented history of exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics.

• Full availability for the night shift schedule (6 PM - 2 AM, Mon-Sat).

• Strong negotiation and communication skills. Technical proficiency with CRM systems.
