Shift: Monday–Saturday (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Salary & Earning Potential

  • Base Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000 / month

Role Summary

As an International B2B Sales Executive (Night Shift), you’ll connect with U.S. and Canadian business clients to pitch solutions, close deals, and exceed targets.
You’ll be trained, coached, and rewarded for every measurable win — with real opportunities to grow into Senior Executive or Sales Manager positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and LinkedIn/email outreach to international B2B prospects.
  • Qualify leads, present solutions, and negotiate & close contracts.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly revenue & conversion targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot).
  • Participate in daily coaching, team huddles, and growth reviews.

Must-Have Requirements

  • 1+ year verified experience in B2B international sales / outbound calling / client acquisition.
  • Strong English communication (C1/C2) and negotiation ability.
  • Experience meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas (mention one result in CV).
  • Comfortable working on-site night shift in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zendesk).

Preferred

  • Experience selling to U.S.
  • Knowledge of consultative sales, SaaS, or BPO environments.
  • Skilled in Salesforce reports / HubSpot workflows.
