Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven
B2B Growth & Sales Professional
to drive end-to-end revenue generation for Nayatel Global’s portfolio, including
Managed services (Networks, Private & public cloud, cybersecurity, Marketing etc.), Products and solutions for enterprise clients, software development services for Startups & SMEs, staff augmentation and custom projects.
The role requires ownership of the complete funnel from
lead generation and qualification to deal closure and account growth
across multiple digital and outbound channels.
Job Description:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
-
Identify and generate high-quality B2B leads through: LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, outreach campaigns), Email marketing & cold outreach, Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, Design Rush, etc, Google Ads/Meta Ads collaboration with marketing team (Optional)

Build targeted prospect lists (region, industry, company size)

Run outbound campaigns (email sequences, LinkedIn messaging)

Coordinate with internal marketing team for inbound lead capture
2. Lead Qualification & Nurturing

Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements

Qualify leads based on: Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline

Develop tailored pitches aligned with Nayatel’s offerings.

Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture pipelines
3. Sales Conversion & Deal Closure
-
Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and pricing strategies
-
Lead client presentations and negotiations
-
Coordinate with technical teams for solution alignment

Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
4. Account Management & Growth
-
Manage post-sales client relationships
-
Identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities
-
Ensure client satisfaction and retention

Act as single point of contact for key accounts
5. Market Intelligence & Strategy

Analyze competitor offerings and pricing
-
Identify new markets (especially for international expansion)

Provide feedback to product and marketing teams
-
Support strategic partnerships and collaborations (e.g., global ventures)
6. CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate pipeline

Track KPIs: Lead conversion rate, Cost per lead, Deal cycle time, Revenue contribution

Provide weekly and monthly performance reports
Eligibility Criteria:
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
Experience
-
2–4 years
-
Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably IT services / telecom / SaaS), International client handling, Digital lead generation platforms
