Role Overview

We are looking for confident, energetic Outbound Call Center Agents to join our night shift team. In this role, you will be making calls directly to business owners and decision-makers across the USA, sparking their interest in our Digital Marketing, Web Development, and Local SEO services, and transferring qualified prospects to our closing team. Your job is to open the door — our closers will take it from there.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based businesses and connect with owners or decision-makers
• Introduce Webtimize Global's Digital Marketing, Web Development, and Local SEO services in a clear and engaging manner
• Qualify prospects based on their interest and business needs
• Warm transfer interested prospects directly to the closing team
• Handle initial objections confidently and keep prospects engaged until the transfer
• Meet daily call volume and transfer targets
• Maintain accurate call notes and prospect details in the CRM system
• Stay updated on scripts, service offerings, and campaign guidelines
• Report outcomes and feedback to the Team Lead

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate qualification; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral, clear, and confident accent
• Prior experience in outbound calling or telesales is preferred
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or web services is a plus
• Ability to work the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM) consistently
• Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or calling software

Shift Details

Shift hours are 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM with a 1 hour break included, giving you 8 hours of active calling time. All calls are made to businesses in the United States (B2B). The office is located on Davis Road, Lahore.
