International Call Center Officer

Karachi, Pakistan

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused International Call Center Officer to manage inbound and outbound calls with international and local clients. The officer will provide guidance on UAE visa applications, business setup, government documentation, and related services, ensuring high-quality customer support and compliance with UAE regulations. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of UAE government processes, and the ability to handle client queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients regarding visa processing, company formation, PRO services, and other UAE government-related matters.
  • Provide accurate information about documentation requirements, timelines, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with the PRO/government relations team to ensure smooth processing of applications.
  • Assist clients in understanding service packages and guide them through the application process.
  • Maintain updated records of customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Escalate complex cases or complaints to senior management while ensuring timely resolution.
  • Achieve performance targets related to call handling, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Internationa relations, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in call center, customer service, or PRO/government services in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE visa types, residency permits, and company setup processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and maintain professionalism with international clients.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
