Key Responsibilities

As a member of our international customer support division, you will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining service quality across global markets.

  • Client Engagement: Communicate with clients worldwide via calls, emails, and live chat with professionalism and clarity.
  • Problem Resolution: Take ownership of client concerns, ensuring timely and effective solutions that strengthen relationships and trust.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams — including operations, sales, and finance — to deliver a smooth, end-to-end client experience.
  • CRM Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Service Standards: Consistently meet or exceed established benchmarks for communication quality, responsiveness, and resolution efficiency.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking passionate and adaptable individuals who are committed to delivering world-class client experiences.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English, suitable for global client interactions.
  • Technical Ability: Basic understanding of online platforms and CRM systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Work Ethic: Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple client interactions effectively.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer support or client service is advantageous, though not mandatory — comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Attitude: Positive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
