Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Karachi Division. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, demonstrating phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs115,000.00 per month
