Role Overview

We’re hiring International Customer Support Representatives to handle inbound and outbound voice calls for U.S..
This is a night-shift, on-site position in Karachi—ideal for energetic communicators who want consistent earnings, professional growth, and long-term career development in a global call-center environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound international customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve issues using First Contact Resolution (FCR) and maintain excellent Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
  • Log accurate notes and follow CRM procedures (Salesforce / Zendesk preferred).
  • Use de-escalation skills for difficult situations and deliver timely follow-ups.
  • Meet daily KPIs: AHT, FCR, QA, and attendance.
  • Participate in regular coaching and skill-improvement sessions.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 + year of verifiable experience in international voice support or BPO outbound sales.
  • Fluent English (C1 +) with a clear, neutral accent.
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution ability.
  • Familiar with CRM or ticketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk).
  • Must be willing to work night shift (on-site in Karachi).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in U.S or KPI-driven environments.
  • Extra language ability or mentoring experience.
