Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and globally-minded International Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing campaigns across key international markets. This role is ideal for a data-driven storyteller who understands cross-cultural marketing and knows how to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation across different regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute multi-channel international marketing campaigns targeting key markets (Europe, China, Russia, Turkey).
  • Develop global brand positioning strategies and ensure consistency across all international touchpoints.
  • Lead digital campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic) with a clear focus on performance and ROI.
  • Work with internal teams (sales, media, creative, CRM, digital) to tailor campaigns for various markets.
  • Manage international partnerships, media buying, and global agency relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to optimize campaigns and report on KPIs.
  • Localize messaging, creatives, and content based on regional insights and cultural nuances.
  • Oversee international events, exhibitions, and B2B initiatives to support business development.
  • Stay updated on international real estate trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 6–10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in international marketing or regional campaign management.
  • Strong digital marketing background and knowledge of international media channels.
  • Experience in the real estate, investment, or property development sector is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of global consumer behavior, cultural sensitivities, and international brand positioning.
  • Strong analytical skills; experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM tools, etc.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Multilingual candidates are highly preferred (English required; other major international languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel for international campaigns and events.
