We are looking for a " International Planning Manager " to join our Superstep team.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,
• Minimum 7 years of experience in planning, budgeting, merchandising, or allocation within the retail industry,
• Advanced proficiency in English; Russian language skills are considered a strong asset,
• Experience in international retail operations, multi-country structures, and franchise/wholesale models,
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and decision-making skills,
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a planning team,
• Result-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills,
• Strong command of MS Office and planning systems (ERP, BI tools, forecasting platforms, etc.),
Job Description
• Lead pre-season and in-season budget, merchandise, and sales planning processes for Superstep’s international markets,
• Define and execute planning strategies to achieve sales, stock productivity, and profitability targets across multiple countries,
• Develop, manage, and monitor OTB, purchase budgets, and seasonal investment plans in alignment with brand and market strategies,
• Monitor pricing strategies and oversee campaign planning based on stock levels, sell-through performance, and profitability targets,
• Conduct profitability forecasting for campaign periods and make data-driven recommendations to maximize commercial outcomes,
• Oversee assortment, option, size curve, and order planning to ensure market-appropriate and profitable product selections,
• Ensure effective stock flow, replenishment, and shipment tracking in close collaboration with logistics, warehouse, and allocation teams,
• Partner with operations, e-commerce, marketing, and visual merchandising teams to support seasonal priorities and commercial activations,
• Analyze store and market performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement strategic action plans,
• Maintain alignment with Superstep’s global merchandising and commercial strategies to maximize sales and brand presence,
• Establish and maintain strong communication with international business partners, franchise partners, and regional stakeholders,
• Manage and develop the international planning team, ensuring operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
