Role Overview

The International Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process across a variety of departments and levels. This position suits a professional with 2 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition who is committed to delivering a high-quality and positive candidate experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry- to senior-level roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a strong and diverse talent pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, the internal ATS, and targeted networking.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by conducting structured intake meetings, setting clear expectations, and providing regular updates on hiring progress and market insights.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and job data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support the analysis of key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, conversion rates, and source-of-hire.

The Successful Candidate:

  • 2 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role with full-cycle hiring responsibility.
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
