Overview


We’re growing and looking for a Recruitment Specialist to help us hire top talent across Pakistan, the US, Peru, and Costa Rica. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a global, fast-paced environment and loves connecting with people.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance across multiple regions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Source top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interviews across global time zones.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.
  • Promote the organization’s employer brand in the market to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with company standards, confidentiality requirements, and regional labor practices.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience, with exposure to multi-country hiring.
  • Strong sourcing and networking expertise with proven success in filling diverse roles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills across cultures.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Familiarity with global hiring practices and time-zone coordination.
  • Prior experience in a startup, outsourcing, or high-growth environment is a plus.


KPIs

  • Time-to-Fill : Average number of days to close a role from requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Quality of Hire : Percentage of new hires meeting or exceeding performance expectations after 90 days.
  • Offer Acceptance Rate : Ratio of accepted offers to total offers extended.
  • Hiring Manager Satisfaction : Post-hire feedback score from hiring managers on recruitment process and candidate fit.
