We are looking for an International Recruitment officer to support our international recruitment team with day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to kickstart their career in HR, providing a chance to gain valuable experience in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in coordinating interviews and maintaining smooth communication with candidates.
2. Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks like managing candidate information and preparing documents.
3. Maintain accurate records and help update recruitment tracking sheets.
4. Provide assistance in candidate follow-ups and support in delivering a positive experience.
5. Work closely with the recruitment team on various tasks as needed, allowing for learning and growth.
What We’re Looking For:
1. A Bachelor’s degree.
2. Good written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for updating records.
4. A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
5. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
