Job Title: International Recruitment Coordinator (Male)

Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 60,000

We are looking for an International Recruitment officer to support our international recruitment team with day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to kickstart their career in HR, providing a chance to gain valuable experience in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in coordinating interviews and maintaining smooth communication with candidates.

2. ⁠Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks like managing candidate information and preparing documents.

3. ⁠Maintain accurate records and help update recruitment tracking sheets.

4. ⁠Provide assistance in candidate follow-ups and support in delivering a positive experience.

5. ⁠Work closely with the recruitment team on various tasks as needed, allowing for learning and growth.

What We’re Looking For:

1. A Bachelor’s degree.

2. ⁠Good written and verbal communication skills.

3. ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for updating records.

4. ⁠A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

5. ⁠Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
