Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented International Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for overseas employers and institutions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for international job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates for overseas job / education opportunities across multiple countries
  • Conduct candidate interviews, eligibility checks, and documentation verification
  • Guide candidates through recruitment, visa, licensing, and onboarding processes
  • Manage job postings on job portals, social media, and recruitment platforms
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Provide regular recruitment reports to management

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of international recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess candidate suitability for overseas roles
  • Familiarity with visa processes, documentation, and compliance
  • Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ATS, CRM, and job portals
  • Cultural sensitivity and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in international recruitment / overseas staffing / education consulting
  • Experience recruiting for regions such as Middle East, Europe, UK.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, education, skilled trade recruitment is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
