About the Role

As a Lead Recruiter at Fusion CX, you will oversee high-volume recruitment drives, manage multiple hiring campaigns, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to meet organizational goals. You’ll design effective hiring strategies, optimize recruitment processes, and ensure the timely delivery of quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate should have experience in high-volume recruitment drives for International and Domestic projects
• Should be responsible for managing volume hiring across multiple projects and multiple sites
• Should understand Client requirements and prepare suitable hiring strategies
• Should coordinate with Stakeholders for successful recruitment closures on time
• Should maintain hiring tools and applications
• Should understand and continuously research for improvement of the hiring process
• Should prepare reports on time
• Should be flexible to travel anywhere in India

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Human Resources preferred).
• Experience: 8–12 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume and BPO hiring.
• Expertise: Experience in international and domestic mass hiring.
• Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting abilities.
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment management systems.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel and adapt to dynamic hiring needs.

Work Location: This role is open to applicants based in either Navi Mumbai or Gurugram.
