The Role: International Retail Expansion Executive (Franchise)

Job Description:

• Leading feasibility studies for new country entries and market analysis
• Conducting contract negotiations with local partners, ensuring alignment with company standards and legal requirements
• Managing and finalizing lease agreements , master franchise contracts , or other commercial agreements
• Acting as a bridge between internal departments (legal, design, operations, finance) and external stakeholders
• Ensuring that all expansion processes are executed in line with company procedures, timelines, and quality standards
• Monitoring and reporting the performance of new markets and partners
• Traveling frequently to new/existing markets for meetings, inspections, and negotiations

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail expansion, real estate development, or international business development (preferably in the fashion/retail sector)
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Strong knowledge of contract law , commercial negotiations, and legal frameworks in international settings
• Analytical thinker with strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• No restrictions to international travel
