Global Automotive Sales Executive (On-Site)

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Schedule: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Renexus Resource Group is hiring an experienced Global Automotive Sales Executive to support and expand our international automotive trading business. This is a full-time, on-site role designed for a performance-oriented sales professional who understands the dynamics of global vehicle markets and can close high-value deals with confidence.

What You Will Be Responsible For

In this position, you will independently manage the full sales lifecycle — from market strategy and prospecting, to negotiation, deal closure, and post-sale relationship management. Key functions include:

  • International Market Expansion: Identify untapped geographies and execute proactive sales plans to secure market share.
  • High-Value Business Acquisition: Approach, pitch and convert new commercial buyers, partners, importers, and distributors.
  • Key Account Management: Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a diverse global client base.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Lead discussions with senior stakeholders and secure profitable, mutually beneficial contracts.
  • Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competition, pricing shifts, and regulatory updates to guide strategy.
  • Operational Coordination: Work closely with operations, procurement, and logistics teams for flawless fulfilment.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet demanding revenue and performance KPIs.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience in international automotive/vehicles/parts trading (mandatory)
  • Communication: Excellent English, written and spoken, for global business communication
  • Ownership Mindset: Ability to manage pipeline and territory independently without constant supervision
  • Tech Literacy: CRM experience plus comfort with reporting tools and sales analytics
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade or similar field is preferred

(knowledge of trade regulations or multilingual ability is a strong advantage)

Compensation & Rewards

  • Base Salary: PKR 30,000 – 70,000 per month (aligned with relevant sector experience)
  • Commission: Uncapped, performance-tied earning potential
