We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager with proven experience in IT services sales and staffing augmentation to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in software development, IT consulting, and staffing augmentation services.
- Build strong client relationships, understand business needs, and propose tailored solutions.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Expand the client base across domestic and international markets.
Staffing Augmentation Focus
- Generate leads and opportunities for IT staff augmentation projects.
- Build a strong pipeline of clients requiring dedicated developers, remote teams, or contract-based IT professionals.
- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Present value propositions for flexible staffing models to decision-makers.
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email, content marketing) to drive qualified leads.
- Strengthen brand positioning through case studies, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new service opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and conferences.
Account Management & Growth
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through regular engagement and follow-ups.
- Monitor client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing for IT/software companies.
- Proven track record in IT services sales, business development, and staffing augmentation.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud services, and modern IT solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads through both outbound and inbound channels.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
