• Location: Karachi
• Shift Timings: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
• Experience: 0–2 years in sales
• Qualification: Intermediate / A Level
• Skills: Excellent English communication (spoken & written)

Job Specifications and Duties:

• Support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
• Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude during all customer interactions
• Achieve sales activity goals using telephone-based selling techniques
• Respond promptly to inbound sales calls, following call handling guidelines and metrics
• Sell products/services to new and existing customers with upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Gain proficiency in order processing systems, including sales order entry and inquiries
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
